Rhinebeck resident Brent Sverdloff has been a lover of word games since childhood. He has been a regular participant at the American Crossword Puzzle Tournament since 2007. His crosswords have appeared in the New York Times, New York Sun, Los Angeles Times, and a Penguin Classics anthology of literary-themed crosswords.
