What’s Your Back Story? Write It, Learn It, Tell It!
If you’ve ever wondered how stage actors memorize their lines, this interactive “playshop” will let you in on some of their secrets. To put these techniques into practice, we’ll play some improv theater games through which you’ll explore your own back story, write a short script, commit it to memory, and deliver it with confidence. In the process, you’ll also discover ways to overcome any fear of public speaking and make a positive impression on audiences in your work, school, or personal life.
This event is free and open to the public. Limited space available! Be sure to RSVP on Backstory Bookshop’s website.
